Experienced in working in organizations where different domains need to be engaged, often easier as an external team with no internal obligations i.e. installation, operations, business, client. The team is composed of experienced Project Managers and Project Coordinators. Focus here is communication, reporting, engagement and project follow-up, and day to day activities.
In charge with producing the right sized tool for the right sized task. We have our own in-house mass migration application, proven in large migration projects (1,000,000’s of clients) – focus on industrialization, identify data quality and correction of Data Quality. We are experienced in the use of ETL – to extract relevant data from large organizations.
Responsibility is to engage with the technical details of any projects, act as an internal reference to NSC team members, and engage with client technical staff.
Our role here is to plan upcoming projects/ answer RFP’s/SOW and provide Project Quality Management (PQM). PQM is used to address the weak points of projects such as project estimations, data in project plans, finance, actuals/estimates, cross domain capacity planning, sub-contractor management.
